Hey Gang, i stumbled upon this website somehow..Figured I join and see what its about. I have a 1982 K30 Silverado. I use it to run my business, best damn truck i have ever owned. Actually I still own all my trucks, 3 1998 Chevys and 2 80's Chevys.

Can't wait to see your pics of your trucks, and talk about local ****. You put that diesel in that truck yourself? I may have seen one of your trucks running around. Not many in our county so they stick out. My brother sold a red '85 K-20 to a dude up in Green Lane, you ever see that running around?

Hey Man, Unfortunately i didnt put the diesel in myself. A good friend of mind does them over in schwenksville. He does them like they are going out of style! You might have seen my truck around, I am the 3rd owner of it. First guy owns 4x4 Performance In Northwales, the 2nd was my friend Ron who actually built the truck the way it is. He lives in Norristown. I am the 3rd owner of course! I plan on building another one this spring. I have the frame and axles just no body or title! I saw a red one for sale on craigslist not too long ago, it was nice and red and lifted. I don't see too many 73-87 trucks around these parts anymore.

That might have been the truck. 6" lift, 33's. Aluminum rims. I launch my boat in Norristown almost every day of the year. My brother also had a black 91-ish k-1500 before that one. We put a 3" body lift on it and took it to Brandi's 4x4 shop in Bridgeport and he put a 6" lift on it, then my brother slapped some 36's on it and the tail gate said "Got Mud?". Not sure if you ever saw that one running around or not. He traded it into Penske Chevy in K of P when he bought his current 99-ish chevy, a year before they shut down. But he is keeping this one all stock.

You remember a dude running around the Norristown area with a huge ass lifted 80's Burban, like a sick ass money truck? I seen it a few years ago here and there and it disappeared. I think it was yellow? You go to Penn school district for school?

I believe it was. It was real sharp. There are a few big burbs running around and few K5's. I havent seen that one though. I know there is a big K5 purple and grey at 5 points in Montgomerville right near the lowes, and grey burb on 35's who works at a body shop on cowpath right outside of lansdale. I also belong to "Friends In HIGH Places" truck club. I think there are 4 trucks left now. I went to Lansdale Catholic.

You guys got a good group west of the mississippi, now the eastern boyz are gonna start showing up and even the balance in here.

Our forum has more Members from Texas than anywhere, its being taken over! To be honest I kinda feel like moving to Texas myself.
