The 73 k10 i recently bought has two gas tanks. One is original and second is not. There is a flip selector switch at the left heel of floor pan that looks original. However when looking through classic parts.com booklet i have the selector switch is electric and mine is manual. For a '73 what would the correct one look like?

Correct switch for a 73 is on the dash where the electronic one is but it was a push/pull setup.

The push/pull setup was only a 1 or 2 year setup before they moved to the electronic version.

A switch on the floor is not OEM unless it was a MUCH older truck.

Ford had a floor-mounted switch like that on the F-series trucks in the mid-70s. My dad had one on his 75 F-250. Sounds like somebody used the Ford switch when they put in the other tank. The Ford switch isn't Chevy OEM, but it works.
