There's several "kits" and parts available. Most involve modification of small block valve covers. There's a member on the OBS/400 forum that has a beautiful '49 GMC tow rig dually with a 6.0 in it. He's got it done up like an old school early 60s small block, even down to custom valve cover decals. His username on there is OutlawDrifter.
You might be able to find some ideas, just looking through build threads....most folks will answer a question or message, if you're looking for information on how they set theirs up and what they used.
