Anybody got some resources for buying a good low mileage LS Motor (6.0 L) with the wiring and ecu? Short of going to a salvage yard and paying full retail?

Buying a wrecked vehicle and stripping it often is the cheapest route. But not convenient or easy.

That's how I got my lq9 6.0 and 4l65e for my k5. So I could hear it run and drive it.

There is (or was) a company that sells used complete running turn-key LS engines. i don't have time to look now. Maybe on the weekend.
