I don't think they are OEM? I was under the impression that all the stainless simulators were installed aftermarket or dealer-installed aftermarket parts?
Someone like @Keith Seymore that worked in the factory can probably tell me if my assumption is wrong.

Correct. The only OEM wheels were the white wheels. There were no aluminum wheels or stainless simulators offered directly from the factory.
