Do they make LED upgrades for the 1989 - 1991 Chevy Suburban? I have bulbs but I am interested in the whole assembly. I have looked into LMC and they have some tail ights I am interested in but I also want to upgrade my headlights to HID's

Older thread but will drop my 2cents. I ordered a set of 4 4x6 15 3w led hi/low replacements on amazon for 60 bucks and will let you know of they are worth a **** or not. The reviews were from truckers and all positive so I am hoping for the best especially for a drop in the hat.

Right on! So how much brighter are the than the sealed beam? I was gonna order some a while back, but kinda felt they were more of a novelty item, with low functionality. How far out does the light shine? and do they fit well in the buckets?

The fitment is great and so ia the light output. I need to get an adjuster so I can make them perfect. When I get off this rust bucket I will take pics and post them up

I purchased some Technostalgia tail light conversions for my truck. I believe LMC sells these for about $120. Easy to install and are bright. The only thing I don't like is that in the tail light mode only the center of the LED grid illuminates. It makes the tail light look small and not full illuminated. I see now they have the full replacement light for about $100 more, but that illuminate more fully.

I would say PROs are they are bright and put out. They have very little heat and run excellent with the low stock voltage output. CONs would be other drivers think they are ****** bright and thats pretty much about it.

I am now attempting to upgrade my low beam headlights to LED's. The housing also has LED DRL's. Now to figure out the headlight wiring.
