Okay have a 78 k30 frame I bought with springs and am looking to buy all new bushings for the springs but energy suspension has two different sizes one 1.50 of frame shackle other is 1.75 would assume go with the bigger one also how hard is it to put Dodge axles under this frame doing a Cummins swap and axles came with the engine

Probably won't help much but I had the same question last week. I ordered the one that said stock springs and they fit. I searched by vehicle on energy's website to get the part #. Then I ordered them on Amazon.

Likley have to move perches. Also, Dodge front is Driver side drop, so you'd likely have to use a Ford, Dodge or later model GM transfer case to get the driver side drop. Personally, just because the axles come with it, doesn't mean you have to use them. The OEM 14b FF and Dana 60 front that came in your 78 are plenty strong so I'd use those and sell the Dodge axles. If they're 3/4 or 1 ton axles, someone with a Dodge 1500 may buy them for upgrades.

The front bushings say for stock springs its the rear ones that call for a different size.
Also the dodge rears are from a 91w250 king pin dana 60 p/s drop and dana 70 also the frame came without axles I know the dodge used narrower leafs then GM which were 3inches across plus have a getrag just need a T-case for it
