You could probably talk to someone at Stockton Wheels. They might be able to widen your Rally's for you, but I imagine it'd be damn expensive.

yes they are rallys and someone on 67-72chevytrucks got each done for like 60 bucks

Cost me around $400 to get them widened in the early 90's. Now you can purchase from year one powder coated for around $150 each and you don't have to worry about leaks or not being done straight. A guy on Trailvoy.com had some factory wheels widened and it ran him around $200ea.
