I pretty sure i can do it myself. But would rather have it done correctly the first time.

Good morning. I am pretty new around this forum, but have done some work for several members. Check out my website at www.quadrajetpower.com to see the work I do. Much more than just a kit, it will be better than new and built for your engine set up specifically.

Let me know if you have any questions.

I did mine recently. Never done one before, it turned out well. I bought a kit from napa and a gasket set from quadrant parts.com.

I also bought some teflon to bush the main throttle shaft

Runs way better than before.

Holley 4175. I like it but mpg are bad and it is starting to leak down on #2 cylinder and that is only plug that is carbon fouled. Plus it's leaking fuel at throttle shaft.

Are you using a square bore intake?

No, Edelbrock 2101. Really I just wanted to tinker with a Qjet, anyways want to learn. Rebuilt a one barrel carb on family's 75 Plymouth Scamp slant 6.

Best advice would be for a first timer to get a spare junk yard one and disassemble it first so you can see and figure out how it comes apart and works
