Do any of you get by not using hub centric rings on 3/4 ton aftermarket lug centric steel wheels?

I've always had aftermarket aluminum wheels on the 8 square bodies I've owned over the years. The bore holes were larger than stock. I never had a problem running just lug centric wheels. This K5 was running 36" tall tires w/o issue.

Never any problems with it here, or from anyone else in my area that ever ran aftermarket wheels on their truck.

Dually wheels are a different story though.
