Hello. I am looking to make a square tubing front drive shaft as I am short on cash and I need to go bogging. It needs to run at 30 degrees. I was wondering if some one could give me a junk yard list of shaft to pick up for my k30. Maybe any tips building it

The guy you really probably need to talk to, @crazy4offroad has alot of life issues going on at the moment and doesn't get to drop in much the last few months. He's done this mod.

Some others might be able to make some suggestions.

Just be prepared to put up with their ****. They know their ****, but they're pricks too. Not all of them, but trust me, you'll meet some pricks and they allow it. So enter at your own risk.

I won't even post there. I'll go there for research and if I don't find my answer, oh well, then I'll move onto another source. They run off plenty of newbs.

I don't think a lot of people understand that its an extreme off road website, like they always bash ifs, but to the average joe ifs will do just fine, I guess that's why guys like us are not on that forum

So what yokes did you use to make that?

Pirate is a decent place. Yeah a lot of them are ******** just because they can be, but most of them will back off if you fight them with good reasoning. But if you stoop down to ******* level, they thrive on it and that's when things get retarded. It's a good place to get fabrication ideas... just watch out because there's a lot of hack self-proclaimed "fabricators" there too. All in all, old Chevy info is usually best found other places. Like here :)
