Ok so my 86 gmc k25 has 33's on it now and is stock hight. I'd like to go with a 4" lift just to make more clearance when off the road and in incase I wanted to add larger tires in the future. Also the fact that I don't really want to start messing with driveshafts and pinion angles and a t-case drop.

I've been looking around and seem to be having a hard time choosing a kit as I want all 4 leaf springs not a fan of blocks. I have only a bouget of $900 so skyjacker and bds is outta price range.
My trucks current springs are pretty wore from the past 28 yrs so new ones will be nothing but a plus.

I have a 3" all spring lift from Tuff Country, on my '76 K20. It's been on for about a year and a half and I have been well pleased. My old stock springs were really shot and with the new one the ride is a lot better. I don't remember exactly but new springs, u-bolts and springs were under a grand.

A bonus was the springs were made in U.S.A.

The tuff country lift kit with blocks is still 500.00 , so I am not sure you could get everything plus rear springs for your price range. I am not positve but I think in your year you could have either 52" springs in the rear or 56" ones , The 56" springs are more money.

You may want to just buy front springs , shock's , brake lines , and then have your rear leaf's re arched with an add a leaf at a spring shop , that would save you big time if none of your leaf's are broken. Last time I had this done it cost me 60.00 per spring and I still are running them today , just a thought.

Look at Off Road Design. You can do a shackle flip in the rear and new springs in the front for under your budget.
