Didn't really want to start a thread just for this 1 truck, but it appears Car Cab Wrecker Service that I worked for has this truck up for auction tomorrow. One of my tow bros sent me these pics today and said he'd bid on it for me. It's all unmolested EXCEPT, the oil pan is off the engine. Probaly had a rod knock of something. He's assuming 125,000 actual miles since the ticker is showing 25K. He said he didn't see a dent in it anywhere and the interior is just dirty and the dash pad has 2 cracks in it. It's a 78, I doubt I have enough to win it. If anyone else in OK is interested, hit up Car Cab at 10am on S. Eastern Ave in OKC.

So I was told that auction was at 1pm today. I was getting ready to go up there and got a text from my buddy telling me the truck sold for $775. DAMMIT !!! I was going to go $800. Chances are I'd have just bid up the current winner but still. It sux I was misinformed on the start time. Someone got a good deal for $775. No rust, unmolested, no dents and I bet that paint would come back to life with some products and elbow grease. I have to many projects sitting for to long anyway.
