I order a stainless steel braided fuel line kit from jegs for my truck it came with a 1/4 npt to -6an and a 3/8 npt to -6an for down by the fuel pump and neither one of them fit. I looking for either a adapter to go from the pump to the npt fittings or just the fitting to -6 an but I Don't know what the thread size is can anyone help me out

It a stock mechanical fuel pump

The stock pumps are a flared connection, like brake lines or the cooler lines that thread into the radiator. A higher output pump would be a VERY good idea, the stock pumps can be very very weak.

That looks like it would work fine.

For whatever it's worth, I'd upgrade the pump (something basic is a good improvement over stock) long before spending money on fancy fuel hoses.
