factory bumper carriage bolts?

anyone know offhand if its 1/2-13 or metric? ecklers and LMC dont tell what size they are. Mine are rusted and crappy. The 1/2 die wont go on very well, so Im leaning toward metric. Was going to order new stainless ones from mcmaster

I went to the hardware and got the same looking carriage bolts only in stainless. Then I polished the heads on a wheel into a mirror like reflection. I think they look better than the bumper (currently). lol

They are 1/2-13, or at least they are supposed to be. The original bolts have a stainless cap on them.

+1 on 1/2x13. Even the 87 I have here for parts is that where a LOT of the bolts are metric on that year truck.
