Cleaning up some wiring, found this??

So today i was cleaning up some wiring on the CobraCAT and found this.

Im assuming its some sort of relay maybe? The reason i ask is because the guy that owned this gem before me had some super ghetto wiring and im trying to fix it all. There is 2 wires that come from the bottom of this thing, one goes to nothing and is cut, the other goes to the fuze box under the hood and is plugged into it with some connector. Thanks in advance for the help gents!

Well if it doesn't go anywhere just pull it out of the fuse panel and add it to your collection of extra parts.

I was thinking that it went to an aux battery since the truck had one at some point oh well, its going bye bye today.
