Can’t find this adjuster!!!!

I cannot find this brake adjuster at any part store!!

This measaures 3 1/2” fully collapsed and every part store the adjuster is way stinker and 3 3/4”. If I put it on it causes the shoes to be out way to far for the drum to go on

What is the application? What rear axle? Pics of the whole brake setup?

Sorry 86 k10 right side rear. Every part store has the same part but it’s not this one!

Seems to be an adjuster from an 85 c10
