Body Bushing Troubles

Just when I start to make some major headway with the truck, another problem pops up, this is what my body bushing looks like behind the drivers side seat, and from the amount I can wiggle the passenger side one around that's about to end up the same way

Thing is the body of this truck is so clean, and there's not that much rust under the truck either, but it seems like the rust just attacked the vital parts of the truck
