Since I'm doing a frame up resto I will be replacing my engine and body mounts. In fact the old body mounts are already in the trash because they were so bad. Any advice on whether to go with rubber mounts or polyurethane? Any brands to avoid? I haven't had to to do this before so any input is appreciated.

How long do the poly ones last? I know poly spring bushings can have short lives.

I've had mine for about a year now and there's no visible change or anything with em. I liked how it tightened the feel up a little bit too.
