My buddy just bought a 1983 with a 6.5 5 speed in it . It looks like a hack job to me but it ran good . wires all over the place it has a gm 4 turbo also. mechanical 6.5 he said it was out of a 97 any info would be great. I will get some pics soon.

Sounds like someone transplanted a Turbo 6.5 and NV4500 trans out of a 97 into a square.

hydraulic clutch. but there is two slaves in ther because one wouldnt work . it runs good but its all hacked up. On the turbo wastgate there is a spring with a nut . I thought there was some psi adjustment with a little hose not just a rod with a spring and nut to adjust. he likes it but lets see when it leaves him .
