305 Decode

New project I just picked up. Has a 305 in it. What else do I need to know to gather tune up parts?

Tell them it’s for a 305 out of 1973 model Chevy of some kind. Only advice I could give without the other codes on it. There’s codes on the front also that will tell exactly what it was originally in

Ull have to remove the alternator and get a peek at them numbers under it on the block and there are other numbers 1 o'clock from the distributor, on the firewall side.
Gonna take some effort, a 1/2", a 9/16" , and likely 5/8" combination wrenches.
Add a 3/8" and there's you're toolkit if you add screwdrivers and a 5/16.

Nothing further without those numbers.

Thanks! Couldn't see anything due to fuel line and alternator. Removed alternator and moved the fuel line. After some cleaning got a good view. Front by alternator
