Does anyone know if the tailgate from any Blazer will fit my 1974 Blazer?

I don't see why not unless the mounting was changed. I would just look for a 73-80 tailgate as your best option, and depends if you want an electric window or a crank.

Well my goal is to eventually get all power options into it.

My suburban has the rear tailgate with the power window but it's an 84 there's just two hinges on the bottom not sure of the dimensions or placement off the top of my head, and I'm not sure where the wiring goes into it I think it runs along the roof( I have my headliner out) I don't think GM would change a simple hinge design unless the placement or dimensions were different

Haha no kidding, I know of a few spots I could find one. I aimed at getting a suburban with barn doors but having a tailgate with a window that rolls down is bad ass, my window rolls up faster than it goes down, still strange to me haha

Blazer tailgates are different than Burb tailgates. '73-'91 was all the same and you can put the power regulator in a manual gate. And the wires exit the bottom of the gate and run under the truck.
