Auto to manual clutch how difficult?
I am changing out an automatic in a 84 suburban originally diesel will be a 355 with sm465 hydro assist brakes The only pedal assembly I can find is a manual clutch from a 79 one ton how hard is it to set up manual clutch it looks like the mounting hole for the z bar is already in frame- SquareDean

Will the next body style chevys have correct pedal assembly I need for hydraulic clutch and hydro boost brake I read hydraulic clutch was on 87 and later and I know body style changed- SquareDean

I had 79 k5 I was working on found out the title doesn’t match anything So I got a great deal on an untouched 84 suburban supposed blown motor My question is I would like to put the fully rebuilt engine(355 with offeoad cam and ported heads edelbrock intake) sm465 trans and rebuilt 205...- SquareDean

I am working on a friends blazer he bought and payed way too much for its been nothing but problems from the drive home after buying.
