Front Bumper Impact Pads

1985 K10 with stock front bumper. I am looking for the bolt on Impact pads. Not just the pads but the mountings also. I have included a picture of what I want. I have looked in LMC and they are in there but no index with part numbers. Anyone have any info so I can order this part. Thanks.

350 swap help

What about the balancing issue? If I use the plate off the 305 on the 350 is this gonna cause a balance issue?
