Front Bumper Impact Pads

1985 K10 with stock front bumper. I am looking for the bolt on Impact pads. Not just the pads but the mountings also. I have included a picture of what I want. I have looked in LMC and they are in there but no index with part numbers. Anyone have any info so I can order this part. Thanks.

I found a set of used bumper guards off ebay, $60. I purchased replacement pads from The Truck Shop, $36 for the pair.
