Ordered up some header gaskets and headers. I ended up going with some Summit ceramic coated for a Chevelle/passenger car for more clearance. I have a local shop that will custom bend everything I want and are happy to work with whatever I bring in. Looking forward to not sweating when I go over speed bumps.

Stopped by Hobo Freight to get some tall 6 ton jacks so I can do some stuff underneath (universal joint grease, transmission filter/fluid and new pan with a drain plug). Also want to recheck all the bolts one more time after the lowering. She goes up in the air Monday.

The motor and trans are out for a rebuild. Installing Old Air Products A/C and tidying up the interior. New bushings all around and a complete MOOG front suspension. When I said I was only fixing what was broken I should have figured it was all broken or worn out.

LOL. Yep, super strange to see that as one of the details. These seem to fit pretty well. The aluminum trim pieces had to be folded on the edges to go around the plastic lens edge, but was easy and pretty fool proof since I could do it.

Yeah, that's how mine were from Classic Industries.

Made a little more progress on the floor pan after work today before it got dark. The first time I used the Cleco fasteners; wow, those are very useful. This AMD panel fits very well, I still need a little more trimming before I glue and rivet it together, I might hit it with the wire feed some too.
