Why a ford front axle?

You'll need Left hand drop on the axle since your Tcase on a GMT400 body style is Left Hand drop instead of Right.

Might even be nice to find a High Pinion Ford Axle. It'll be Left Hand differential, and the pinion being on the high side instead of low, you can go with a high lift kit and not have bad geometry on your front driveshaft angle and less worries of your driveshaft getting damaged in some tough wheeling with clearance issues. Ford did do a couple things right.

Yeah, if it were a 91 it would be a Squarebody, Burb or K5 Blazer.

And for sure it's a 91? Just like what you just got rid of? So it should have mini quad front lights and be TBI with another 700r4. Or is it a 92 GMT400 Body Style???

Yep, That's Not a Squarebody. That's the GMT400 Bodystyle. Same exact powertrain you just got rid of though.

In 92 they were still calling them Blazer I do believe. Somewhere in the mid 90's they did transition the name to Tahoe.

It was still called a Blazer then. Tahoe name came around '95 or '96, to go along with the new Tahoe 4-door.
