And wouldn't you know it. That damn last wheel has a tear in the valve stem of the tube, so the tube needs replaced. Can't seem to find a new tube anywhere for a 13in tall tire with the right center opening. The tubes I have are for 10in wheels. If the center was big enough I wouldn't give a rats ass and would the tube would expand 1 1/2 on each side just fine.

So what do I do? HF has a Puncture Proof wheel/Tire for $13.99, also one with tube for $12.99. For the $1 more I'd go with the Puncture Proof. Here's a pic of it.

I guess I could get the one now and as they go bad, replace them all so I don't have to worry about flats anymore. I hate little wheels like this. They NEVER hold air.

Or I can drop down to a 10in tire on sale with Coupon at HF for $3.99 each and have to get 4. I think I'll do that for the $18 w/tx. That'll set the wagon 1 1/2 closer to the ground too. They have the same thing with a black wheel too, but it's only the white wheels on sale. Dammit. And black is popular these days too. Black wheel which chrome bolt woulda been the **** !!!

Just looked at the ratings. Everyone who bought the 13in wheels said they were junk. They broke the same day they installed the them. The white 10in wheels had alot more reviews and instead of 1 star, they are 4.5 stars, so I guess I'll do the 10 inch wheels. They also sell tubes for the 10 inch wheels and not the 13 inch. I also have 2 tubes for 10 in stock for one of my dollies. So it appears I just talked myself into the new 10 inch wheels. Kinda sucks though, I have a feeling the sides gates will hit the ground now if I drop them. Which the gates come off completely too by pulling the pins to make a flat cart. Fuggin Sucks, I wanted to go to PAP in the morning, not HF and work on a fuggin PAP Wagon.

Dad saw my little cart similar to that and asked if I made it, I told him no if I made it it would have bigger tarrs lol. I really like the solid tires, bought one for the wheel barrow but couldn't imagine spending that much for 4 on a cart, it would be like buying a set of tires for a car!

I would keep the tires the same size because of those gates that swing down.

Time for some fab work if the sides hit the ground when folded down. Just rework them so they dont fold all the way over, stop them when they are level with the bed, then you have a supersized wagon bed to haul even more **** out. Hell may as well pimp it out and convert it to a self propelled drive system. That would be the ****.

I got it all worked out. Beleive it or not, I got to thinking, I think I bought 4 tires before on sale for like $3-$4 a piece when I was going to put wheels on a pallet to move my axles around the backyard on. Little rubber wheels just sink in grass so I like the air up tires for getting across the lawn. Went out to the shed, and low and freaking behold... I know it's been at least 2 years, maybe 3 that I bought these bitches. It happens to be the same identical 10 inch tires and wheels. Same part # and all. I aired them up 4 hours ago and they were still holding air when I checked them. So I just finished putting them on. Much smaller, but the gates do still clear with at least an inch to clear the ground, closer to 2 inches. I'm just gonna rock these since I already had them, they're on and I can get replacements cheap enough. I'll get by HF with this coupon and get me 2 more for back ups. At $4 each, that's as cheap as tubes.
All is well and work just fine. Rated at 300lbs each, that gives me a 1200lb rating as a total, and even if it's more like 200lb per wheel, 800lb is plenty for this cart.
With smaller wheels, it's more aerodynamic, lower to the ground, lighter weight, less ground resistance and should get less cpm (Calories per Mile). :rofl: Worked better than a BellTech lowering kit. :waytogo:

Yeah, I was wanting to go with those $13 puncture proof 13in tires, but the ratings were lower, the reviews were horrible and I even looked at the air up 13in for a $1 less and the ratings sucked bad on them too, and for $65 in 4 wheels, no way, and the sold wheels were even $38 each like C4 said. FUGG That. These $4 each wheels will work fine. I did want black though. They would look cooler !!! White will have to do. :baby:

No, but I did have to use 25 inch HF breaker bar on 2 of the axle nuts. I did lube up the axle shafts and nuts with White Lithium grease and put a dab of Loc-Tite Blue on the axle nuts when I put them back. Those are the type that would fall off, then 100 yards later your wheel falls off and the Nut is long gone. Didn't want to lose them. Can't have mismatched lug nuts you know.

That's right. And at least I don't have Donk wheels on it either. Smaller is going to work out better for a rew reasons. Mainly cuz the budget likes already bought and paid for, not to mention I didn't have to drive to HF and pick them up plus made some more room on the shelf in the shed. Hoever, I'm sure these 13inch wheels will take up even more space in the shed now. You know I won't throw the damn things away. I guess I could make a 3 wheel cart for moving the axles around the backyard out of the good 13 inch wheels.

Yep, cheaper, better reviews, tubes are common and easy to find. I think this is going to work out just fine. Ready to go try out the Pap Wagon. Got it all loaded up, ready to roll to PAP OKC !!!

Sorry HR, I been slammed here and haven't been able to keep up here with your developments. If you see this before you head to PAP, hook a half dozen bungee cords on that cart grating, so if you have a high load you can strap it nice and snug and you won't loose anything, like my console slid off and ht the ground. I kicked myself in the ass for not bringing bungee cords.

I had contemplated filling my buggy's tires with Great Stuff expanding spray foam insulation and see if they would stay up like the never-flat tires.

The Pap Wagon did fine. 1 of my 3 tires went down. I noticed it has gotten a bit low but was still good. It did fine the whole trip. I just unloaded it from the truck, and that tire is now down completely. For HF ****, I guess I should be happy 1 of 4 was bad. Brand fuggin new wheels, tires and tubes. Shouldn't be leaking.
