I've been living with sidebars, footers and headers since the mid '90's. Just look straight thru' it all - don't even register.
Only really annoying one is pop-up ads every 2 mins on some YT channels ( I think it comes down to how "monetised" the owner of the "channel " chooses to be - some have no ads at all).
And yes - I'm too cheap to pay for "premium " service, however ..
If I become a supporting member for this board ( which I should do ) - what do the funds do ? - ( asking for a friend ) ..
