Correct chrome lug nut replacements for my 1987 Silverado R10 SB Pickup

I need these for my 1987 Silverado R10 short bed pickup w/ 5.7 V-8 with factory rally wheels. The original lug nuts are conical and appear to have a washer behind them but I'm not sure. Please let me know where I might get something as close to original as possible. Thanks.
