Swapping my 1979 GMC straight 6 inline 250 for a 350
We are contemplating swapping our inline 6 - 250 for a 350 V8. As im understanding the motor should bolt right in - but what about the bell housing? Does the Tranny need to be changed out? Its a 3 speed manual.- barelhos71

Vacuum Brake Booster
I have a 1979 GMC that we are getting ready to replace the Master Cylinder on. This truck has belonged to my mom since 1980. As we were looking at the MC - we noticed it was missing the Vacuum Brake booster. Not sure if ever had one. I know we've been "Pumping" the breaks to build up pressure...- barelhos71
