    double check the wiring, when i swapped 87 to 88+ to get the electric speedo, a few wires needed to be switched around. Easy to trace the wires from the printed circuit.

    100%, if you plug the vent up, you ultimately will starve the engine of fuel even if the tank has fuel.... it can also deform the fuel tank if the vacuum is strong enough. Buddy built a chevelle ls swap and the vacuum deformed his tank.

    terrible advice on the solution part ... I would recommend against using the power lock actuator to free the seized component! The door lock actuator is not designed to overcome seized components, which increases current which can burn up both switch and actuator... and then your left wondering...
