    New one wire alternator/voltmeter gauge question

    My new engine came with a nice 140 amp 1 wire alternator. The question is ....... Can I connect this to my stock voltmeter gauge? I've read/been told 20 different answers. Been told it will be OK. Been told if you hook it up, it'll fry the new alternator. If so, which wire is it and does it...

    Battery negative ground question..... again, sorry !

    I have tried to look through posts on this but didn't find a good answer. I know the negative battery cable "should" be grounded at the alternator bracket.     Anyone have a CVF power steering pump? What pressure hose to use?

    I have the Blueprint 350 engine that came with the CVF power steering pump. Of course, I have a new "stock" pressure hose that isn't close to mating up with the port on the pump. Anyone already figured this out as to what hose to use. CVF gives a parts list and has a kit to build a braided line...

    Southeastern Chevy/GMC Truck Nationals - Lebanon, TN July 7 & 8

    Heading up to Lebanon (just east of Nashville), TN tomorrow for this show. It's a Friday/Saturday event at the Wilson County Fairgrounds right off the north side of I-40. Last year there were 1,750 trucks. Last week, there were 1,600+ entered for this year already. Great event, lots of vendors...

    Looking for tips to clean my headliner

    Looking at the headliner in my ol' truck, doesn't look too awful. What is the best way to clean this? Looks kinda fragile to go scrubbing on it. I haven't taken it out yet. Sorry, should have added to "Interior" section.
