Window Needs Glued
I used an SEM semi-rigid panel adhesive to glue my door glass into the channel. It sticks to glass and holds nicely, absorbs vibrations, and you can remove it with a little effort in the event you had to replace the glass in the future.- TopFuel1

1 piece floor pan?
As Sprockmonster mentioned, most sheet metal suppliers will have 2 or 4-piece floorpans for the majority of repairs due to manufacturing costs and potential fitment issues.
