My front springs are "zone offroad" made by bds. They are pretty stiff, but not jar your teeth stiff. From the reviews I've read, i dont think they're as stiff as "rough country", but I've never run "rough country".
Finally got to go camping! Same spot as the day trip. The van did great! It rained off and on but the whole familly stayed high and dry in the van. The tents got wet but there was plenty if room for the kids inside. :waytogo:
I have 4" with 315/70/17 tires(probly measure 34"-34 1/2")on 9" wide wheels and i have no rub but i think with that wheel and tire combo, you would rub with only 4". Probably wouldnt be bad tho.
Just be thankful that its fixed. Drive the piss out of it, and fix it when they fail. If nothing else your parents bought you some miles. Thank them. Its only money, we will get more. Its the thought that counts!:waytogo:
My 10 year old son has already found the ashtray entertaining. He said, "look dad", while flipping the lid repeatedly:insane:, and asked what it was for. My 6 year old daughter told him it was a change holder:Big Laugh:. I explained it to them.
