    Whole replacements. I know a guy that has a bunch of them in a storage room. So I got both sides. They work right now but need to be replaced. I'm waiting to find a new driver's door then I'll do it. I have a pass door in my shed bit need drivers side door.

    Fired him up and let it run till temp to make sure no leaks from the patch job. We'll finally getting it to hold pressure for the first time in a while. Lol

    I think everyone is making it more complicated than it is. Warm water flows through core with no leaks is good. Pump to core, core to radiator. Check for leaks. Good to go. Or if your radiator doesn't have a spot for the heater hose(some don't)then it's pump to core, core to intake manifold...

    Radiator isn't leaking as it's running at temp now. Also got rid of some surface rust and repainted those spots.

    Well, I snugged up the top radiator brackets with new rubber thingys. I like these because they have the little cones that help hold it in place under the brackets.     Nothing it's cool and rainy season here. 50 and rain all day this week. Maybe I can patch the leak in the radiator this weekend if it don't rain. But, I ain't holding my breath. This is the time I hate not having a garage or carport to work under.

    Bigger tires

    I have a 454 with a 700r4 and 275/60/15 with a 3.73 rear end. It's a good setup. I'm also thinking about going with a little bigger tire when these wear out. A bigger tire will just lower the rpms at cruise speeds. Right now it runs about 2,000 rpms at 65.

    Took the 82 to fill up gas jugs for the generator in case I lose power Monday night or Tuesday. Got 15 gallons worth. Got back home unloaded them and saw coolant dripping. Fck me!! I knew it was leaking even tho he pressure tested it several times and didn't see one. I'm getting sick of this...
