I was dealing with the exact same problem, these Indiana winters.....I found a donor truck that was out of the south and have been pillaging it for parts. Rear Window Sliding Glass
I am following I like the 3 window. My 4 pane needs some tlc -
Weld or Panel Adhesive?
I had a leak around rubber grommet for wires going thru firewall. That someone did not get it seated in all the way. Also some surface rust around fuse block....dunno how that seals......- Ken B

Steel Dash Removal
inquiring how others did the repair after the spot weld cut out phase. I have it welded up and grinding it down , self etching primer?, then a windshield mastic or possibly a brushable seamsealer? I thought about POR-15? -

Leak under dash?
I have been working under dash and I too have or had a leak near fuse block. Haven't dug Into that side yet. Passengers side is bare- Ken B

Replacement Heater Core
I figure while I have piles of parts pulled out of my truck now might be the time to replace the heater core since its out. Anyone have any input on good or bad brands to look at or avoid?! -
ESC need someone that knows more about ESC system than I do
Wires are tied together at distributor. if I did anything it might be to upgrade distributor. I am cleaning up interior fire wall. if it doesnt need to be there i may pull it- Ken B

Body part questions doors cab corners bed sides. Please help
