Best way to run power from truck battery to trailer winch. Quick disconnect ends.
Buddy of mine used to pull the second battery out of his truck (Dodge Ram w/Cummins) and run his trailer winch with that. I can't recall if he had actual top post terminals on the wiring or just squeeze clamps. Probably the latter.... whatever it was, he made it work! And he hauled cars all over...- HotWheelsBurban

I agree with you on the headlights being easy to service on the 800s. Our Denali liked to burn out at least one 9005 bulb a year, more if we did a lot of night driving. Yes truck Rallyes as far as I know are 15x8. 5 or 6 lug....and I agree, anything extra on a wheel, is no fun to clean!- HotWheelsBurban

I haven't actually done it (since I don't have the alloy wheels yet) but I've seen many trucks on gmt400.com that have the 400 cap on the 800 wheels, and I swear I've seen some on here too. If you can get ahold of the center caps for the OBS trucks, those look way better on PY0s than the ones they came with. Dorman used to make an oversized and double oversize drain plug, besides the standard size. IIRC it was a 1/2" SAE threads at standard, that was a common oil pan drain plug back in the 60s/70s.... Dad had these on a few of our square body trucks and Burbs, and as far as I can remember he used the stock adapter hub on all. And the Burbs had factory tilt columns, a 79 and an 84(both early and later styles). And I don't recall a fitment issue and gap like this.... There may be different...- HotWheelsBurban

Best thing would be if you could source a wiring harness from a square body Burb or pickup for the power front seats. And of course the seats too. That would be pretty much "plug and play". Seat options '90 Burb
1991 is the last year of the square body Burb. '92-'99 are the GMT400/OBS trucks. Seat is similar especially in 92-94 but mounting is probably different. Probably depends on how much fabrication you want to do.- HotWheelsBurban

Any Tricks for stuck oil filter ?
I've had them be stuck on really good, because I didn't leave a film of the used oil on the filter mount. I do that, and put fresh oil on the gasket and the threads, and they always come off with my AC cup wrench and the 1/2 drive ratchet. Painting rally wheel rim
Yup those are the ones we had painted Colonial Yellow for the '78 Sierra shop truck. Also had the Chevy Sport padded bumpers, yellow of course, and the square mirrors.
