Can't decide what to do. Suggestions? Thoughts?
Diffidently do a compression test, it will tell a bunch. Fixing heads is not going to fix a flat cam etc, just did this, heads no workie with cam flat, expensive time consuming etc.- Craig Nedrow

Valve seals for camel hump heads?
That is what I would do Chad. Without that info, you are shootin in the dark. Cam/springs have three measurements and are important, seat pressure at a certain installed height, max opening pressure, at a certain lift, and coil bind. Changing gear ratios: opinions/suggestions wanted!!
The 700r4 has a I believe 28 spline output shaft, while the 4l80e or 400 have a 30? thats a consideration. T, you gotta get up here, I have 700r4, 4l80e's, and all the stuff that goes into those, like the 205 big bearing input for the 400, (like yours.) What’s the best polish for the bumpers and mirrors

Recommendations while tearing down for valve job?
Like ^^^^^ those guys said. If you are in doute find the specs for the cam and have the shop check the PSI at the installed height of the springs. I always do, but I have access to a spring tester. Do pretty much what Ricko suggests. The head man has all the tools to measure and test the heads...- Craig Nedrow

Finally got a new mig welder
Still using my 20 year old miller 175. Use anti spatter on the nozzle, help a lot. Also have a miller tig, just love em both, and they last.- Craig Nedrow

Mine is Olympic, great bldg, *** bad customer service. Love my steel bldg, but Olympic wanted almost 30,000 for another 20 feet. So I ordered, got cancer and had to cancel. To remove or not to paint frame?
I did mine myself, but in retrospect sand blasting is way faster, I only un bolted what would unbolt. My motor mt rivets were a little loose so I heated then up and beat them with a big hammer while holding a sludge hammer on the other side, so check for loose rivies.- Craig Nedrow

Heavy vibration at highway speed under load
1/2 turn slack in driveshaft!!! I would stop driving RIGHT NOW, cause that is really not right. get a new gasket and pull the rear end cover that will tell the story I bet, I can just see the filing filled oil oozing out. If this is a 14 bolt, maybe the lash adjuster backed off, can't think of...- Craig Nedrow
