How about a NEW squarebody?
I have had my 67 Buick Riviera parked next to the K25 and they are almost exactly the same length. Thing is long as heck. Rides like a dream though and plenty of power with the high compression 1970 455 in it.- Bextreme04

That's a big spread. 13:1 is way richer than 14:1. If you are running 10% ethanol 87 octane, you should have a target AFR of 14.1-14.7:1. What have you done to your square lately??
Mines an 80. I think it was just a 5/8" socket and unscrewed... but it's been a few years now. The wire attaches to a blade on the back of the switch, so it will twist up as you unscrew it. Stupid easy. I just unscrewed mine, unplugged it without letting the wire unroll, plugged it into the new sensor, then screwed the new sensor in. Done.- Bextreme04

It's not that 1980 was a transition year. The square headlight was the top end option, so it is much harder to come by. 100% what Nick said. The big benefit of the 700R4 over the TH350, especially when towing(even outside of OD) is the ability to have the converter locked up. It's very common for the needle, or link cable, or plastic guide to break to the indicator. Any of these breaking will cause the needle to no longer move when you move the shift lever.- Bextreme04

K2500 Lug nut torque
The proper torque value is directly related to the stud diameter. All of the 3/4-1 tons had the same 9/16" diameter stud, so they should all have the same torque. Standard torque for a 9/16-18 steel fastener is generally 120-140lb-ft... so there's that. I usually give it 2-3 ugga-duggas- Bextreme04
