My 93 E-350 Box Van
Ford engineers come up with some weird stuff. Exhaust flanges seem to be one of their specialties. I don't have a clue as to why they have to stray away from traditional round pipe and get all fancy... I drive a '98 Ford E250 for work and besides all the little repairs I do, it is holding up...- Beatdown Z

Rear Spring Removal Tips?
For the front hangers, you may want to cut a hole in the reinforcement bracket below the frame so you can hammer the bolts out. I doubt it would affect the strength at all.- Beatdown Z

Post up your engine setups
Here's my 305, yea! Previous owner said it was rebuilt without machine work. It's got a solid lifter cam that's prob too big for it, some old heads that I never ran the numbers on(2.02/1.60 valves), old spreadbore Edelbrock intake, and topped off with a beat 4160 that I just rebuilt.- Beatdown Z
