HELP proportioning valve location
On frame. I cut a square hole in lower fan shroud to ease access. Then glued (epoxy) tabs on the cut out and mounted back with screws. Suggest Nicopp brake lines. Bend by hand.- Jeff Lewis

Newbie seatbelt question
LMC's work fine but the plastic cover has to be modified to fit over them. The original belts have two coiled springs, new only one. I took a hot knife and cut the plastic covers to fit. It is nice to have new clean belts, and the plastic cover can be cleaned and resprayed with the interrior...- Jeff Lewis

Windsheild Frame Rusted
If all the holes are under the rubber, coat with rust encapsulator, fill holes with JB or fiberglass, shape, be done with it. Not the glass shop fault. Learn how to intall the glass and seal yourself, not that hard. How old are you, what is you life expectancy? Is it really worth welding...- Jeff Lewis

Headliners
Some trim models had headliners, some did not. Got my headliner at Rock Auto and saved a bunch over the others. If your upper trim encircles the cab it should work.- Jeff Lewis

Interior Rear View Mirror
Can anyone tell me the measurement in inches for stock c10 rear view mirror, from antennae button to bottom of mirror holder. Replaced windshield, wrote measurement down, lost it. I know it was either 14 or 16 inches. Thanks.- Jeff Lewis

Proper way to fix sagging Headliner
When the cloth is hanging down, that is not the headliner, not really fixable. Stay away from the chevy catalogs and get a new headliner from Rock Auto, easy install.- Jeff Lewis

square body adonized tail gate band
To restore oxidation on adonized aluminum. First muriatic acid, small areas at a time. Leave on for 5-10 seconds, wipe off. Rinse. Second: Mothers aluminum polish with polishing, cotton, wheel ( 3in. 46 ply spiral sewn).- Jeff Lewis
