    You could just replace the injectors, but I have my doubts that you'll need simply MORE FUEL at every point in the map. Most likely, you'll need timing, and fuel, at some points in the map, and not so much at others.

    That's not a new pump. The markings are just Q.C. stuff, but the screws shouldn't look like that.

    235/85 is kind of an odd size nowadays. Going to a 265/75 is only a size increase of .8 inches. You won't even notice it. You will have a more "normal" tire that's easier to source if you get flats in the armpit of the earth somewhere though.

    Water neutralizes acid. If you left it sitting there, it would be a problem, but if you wipe it off, no harm done.

    Regular paint is fine as long as it has good adhesion, that's all you're really looked for. If it get's chipped, and it will, touch it up.
