    stock height with 31x10.50 wheels

Here's a pic of my old blazer 32x10.50 on 15x10 wheels, no lift. Never had any problems with rubbing.. I agree it would be better/easier to swap axles than mess with the lift... you may even be able to trade your axles for the ones you need

    Mufflers - need input/advice

If the manifolds don't leak then you could cut the pipe off where it turns under the truck and build the new exhaust from there... I would only suggest doing this if the donut gaskets and pipe are still in good shape tho...

    Mufflers - need input/advice

My suburban has a generic turbo muffler on the factory single exhaust. It's stock quiet but does have a deep sound. I'm planning on doing duals with flowmasters one day. I would suggest something like a three chamber Flowmaster, I had them on a 88 Silverado and they sounded great and where...

What have you done to your square lately??

Haven't done much to the suburban lately, most of my free times been spent on the 48 project. I did work on it a little yesterday, finally got the inside all cleaned up, fixed the CD player and added 2 10 inch pioneers in the back to replace the blown factory ones.. Surprisingly the front ones...

What have you done to your square lately??

Finally decided to do something about the porch sized rear bumper on the suburban... Not completely finished but almost. I'll do a new thread on it when I'm done, already a huge improvement....

yeah the 305 needs to go but that will come later, for now I wanna get it going then Ill build a good motor for it... if I decide to keep stacks on it Ill have different ones on it and probably put them between the cab and bed instead of thru the bed.. First thing on my list is to get the...

    New Project.. 48 chevy ratrod

Kinda undecided about the stacks... The headers have a flange welded on the bottom so you can bolt on an exhaust, thought about making them functional or putting side pipes on it... If I do go with the stacks I'm gonna do them a little different so they match the truck..

    Dually suburban... opinions?

I knew about the fuel door issue, was wondering about the rear doors... Anyone know of a company that makes the fenders specially for the suburbans?
