    I think you guys misunderstood my first post. I put together all of them from scratch. @84GMCSierra if you find a replacement, take the OEM off and install the new one first, clean it up and work your way around. It's not difficult and yes a forklift would make it easier, :cool:

    I would install the new front before you take the whole thing apart. I bought and assembled a whole new bed and it was a erecter set trying to get all the bolt holes lined up. But @TotalyHucked AMD came thru on this part of my project

    Got some more done today in my want to put the cab back on the frame! The doors got finished also. Back to the garage and cleanup time for the frame and drive train, to move to the barn. Have all the body mounts and new bolts for the reinstall.

    Start at the bottom, Like Craig said. Someone before you wanted to haul something heavy. And one day you will want to do something even if it's just a yard of dirt. And if he tells you to move any number it's his fault. You may have to do this a couple times until your happy.

    They have adapters for the new 20v batteries to work on 18v I still use my flashlight and grinder that way. I killed a 18v hammer drill using a masonry bit for polit holes to sink 7 acres of T-posts.

    Nothing with my truck but I did finally get the middle of the barn cleaned up so I can get back to painting now that the weather may cooperate and the bugs are at a minimum! No pictures today maybe tomorrow!

    I know from following your post that you can't work on you vehicles were you live. personally I would pull the trans were she sits. remove stuff a little bit at a time. when shes ready to hit the deck drop it and take it to work.

    I would send you my cat, Thunder but he does a good job. He's way spoiled. sleeps inside during the day and at sundown he wants out. He's about 3 years old weighs in between 15 and 17lbs. Got him as a baby, fixed as soon as possible. Not afraid of any dog as you can see he took over the bed...
