Installing windshield in a Squarebody
Pinch weld first yes, glass second as stated above. We had to do ours twice because Easton chose a one piece gasket first and once installed had large gaps and leaked everywhere. Went to a two piece and been dry ever since. Used Precision gaskets.- Randy and Easton

Single din install problem
@plugugly , the kit when you get it has the two post holes intact on the template… you cut those out and you are good to go if that’s the route you choose. Post pics when you’re finished ! We love pictures- Randy and Easton

@plugugly, They make a template that connects to three faceplate corner screws on dash and it works real well. Some kits are made of plastic (what we used) some are steel depends on vendor. The radio slides in, then faceplate then dash bezel and you are finished. There is no weight to the...- Randy and Easton

Replacing carb
Easton put an Edelbrock performer with electric choke on his about year and a half ago when original Carter started spewing gas everywhere. He loves it and we did nothing to it other than slap it on and start it up. Truck runs great, and he loves the choke. Randy and E- Randy and Easton

@hoagster , we just did the swap a month ago. Never wanted to go to that much trouble is why we did it by stealing power from the temp gauge. It was super easy and I did not have to take out cluster which I hope I never have to do again!! Randy and Easton- Randy and Easton

Mirror and Vent Windows
We did ours, they were a pain but even an amateur can do it. If I had to do it over would have used Precisions rebuilds program as mentioned above. It’s turn key , powder coated frames and all hardware. A big time saver, and stress and cussing reducer….- Randy and Easton

High Pressure Gas shooting out filler hole
agree with all above, needs a vent. We had a similar issue with a strong gas smell around the truck all the time. Had a vented cap at the time (PO). We finally found the vent tube was cut and plugged (PO) by the radiator support and lower radiator hose. Could not find a factory charcole...- Randy and Easton
