@Catbox noticed your running the a/c pump bypass. I have a very similar engine without the pump or bypass pulley. I was able to get a shorter belt to fit perfectly. If interested I'll get a belt number fir you so you can eliminate a pulley.
Similiar happened to me, I had correct # splines replacement shaft. Was replacing broken inner shaft and old one was hard getting out. Replacement shaft would start in but stop. Looking inside I could see it was cracked. Pretty sure it is a broken spider side gear.
These squares IMHO ride better than new cars. New cars/trucks ride smoothly but still feel like a brick. Not a popular opinion but that's how i feel. My k10 shorty has an all wood bed on it and is too light kinda hurts my back on bumpy roads. (Putting original bed on soon) rides much better with...
I tried pushing in each door switch with key on to force them off so I didn't have to wait for timer. Still they stay on. However I just thought about when this started and I think it Started right after I swapped out center interior light. Maybe I should remove that first then go for doors.
1999 K1500 suburban interior lights will not shut off unless I unplug the fuse. Dome override button doesn't change anything witch is weird. Tried a different switch and no change. vehicle been sitting 4 years. Fixed lots of things and did lots of maintenance to get it back on the road. Runs and...
I'm definitely upgrading my compressor when I can. I have an old speed air 30 gallon. Tank is decent size but pump is slow to recover. I picked up this old pump to try out. It's allot bigger. Going to need to figure out how many hp.
Did the earlier blazers have smaller drums? They were smaller and lighter than the 1/2 ton pickups. Just so odd why there made wrong. Maybe 10 bolt is 12 bolt. But I'm thinking maybe blazers had smaller drums?
Initially Sounds to me like lower fluid symptoms. sure fluid level is correct! Is there any
Reason to think you may have incorrect dipstick?
If it's your linkage it must be really sloppy?
