    Damn this Dorman is 2 1/2" diameter tube. My original shaft is 2" and Rock Auto Dorman description says its a 2" also.     It is high quality, not a cheesy china POS. Guy I know that has a drive shaft shop in Ca does alot of race car/boat and polished aluminum show car drive shafts and he wanted $400+ just to replace the slip yoke and spline and one u-joint on new slip yoke and balance.     Those look reasonably priced , looks same price as LMC. Some sellers price quite a-bit higher to gouge the buyer Does AMD use FedX(package destroyers) or UPS .

    I was always gonna keep it '81 grill and its a complete original silverado truck '81 has a chrome grill or not chrome option. I see 83-84 and 85- dont have chrome option from LMC etc and also have separate center strip pieces
