What new tools have you got lately?
I picked both of these up yesterday at the local Goodwill bins store. That is where they sell stuff by weight. Electrical stuff is sold for $0.79 a pound and there is no way to test stuff before hand. These are both Made In The USA and full on aluminum bodied. They both turned and so I tossed... -

Intake manifold to head port mismatch
Not an issue. Run it all day long. The air in the runner will flow where it wants to be. Could it be better, sure. Will you notice the difference if you change just that one part, maybe but most likely not.- Catbox

How far do long tube headers hang down
Sorry boss. I just have a '79 2wd 3/4ton that is stock height with a big block. But it wears a set of headers designed for a 1968-1972 BB Nova. They tuck like a scared dog. Here we are just looking casually under the truck. You can see the front crossmember is lower than my collector bolts...- Catbox

Collapsed upper radiator hose
Sounds like you already have a thermostat similar to the one that I recently purchased. It has the little brass jobbie in a hole that will let the trapped air escape in the case the stat is not open. Why doesn't anyone use the Chevy "Connect & Cruise" packages?
I would believe that the initial buy in price of that package makes most people back away. Sourcing junkyard parts takes that sting away or even buying a running driving vehicle to take all the parts from is more feasible.- Catbox

It goes in a pile in the yard until I either need it again for something else, recycle it, or somebody else needs something. Currently my back yard is a dump of all things vehicular and needs some serious cleaning and sorting. There are lots of things that just need to be sorted and recycled... -
