    Like... the blower only comes on when in the low position? Or the blower just stays low regardless of the position?

    @Bextreme04. And anybody else following. In regards to the Delphi tie rod....or tie rods in general. Is it worth spending the extra $$ on Moog? Or is it just hype around the name? I've found the moog equivalent (ES449L) and all the other parts I have installed are moog. Its just $20-$30 more...

    Lol i mean...about half of it fits. I just keep getting bamboozled on parts because this truly is a Frankenstein suburban. My D44 is from 74-75' k10. I'm willing to bet there is not a single "matching number" on this rig.

    @mitch_f. Assuming it starts, runs, and stops well.... I would rebuild your front end (ball joints / tie rods / drag links) ...or at least be prepared to. In the process of installing all moog parts now. Got hung up because the previous owner swapped the axle with a D44 out of a 75ish...

    @75gmck25 I think I found it in a kit (ES449L). Assuming the website im linking to is legit. That is a pricy kit. And sadly, as of right now, you cant get either link for cheap on Amazon. But thankfully all the ball joints are the same...

    So...i just identified my front axle as a Dana44. Acording to the BOM code (603454 9)....its from a "74-75' K5 / K10 Pick up or wagon". Has a 3.07 ratio. So thats interesting. Now....should all the steering parts I'm buying be for this axle? Like ball joints and such as well? And is there...
